Geometry calibration services

Accurate measurements are essential for maintaining quality control across all stages of production. Geocore offers comprehensive calibration services and precise measurement solutions for dimensions such as length, diameter, shape, and angle. Our capabilities span from measurements on the scale of tens of meters down to the nanometre level, available in one, two, or three dimensions. Additionally, our internationally recognized certificates ensure that our results meet global standards.

Calibration of dimensional measurement

Regular calibration of measurement equipment is essential for achieving dependable results and preventing deviations. At Geocore, we offer precise calibration services for a wide range of dimensional instruments, including laser interferometers, laser trackers, laser rangefinders, measuring benches, altimeters, and autocollimators. We also calibrate various dimensional standards—such as rings, pins, end gauges, rulers, surface plates, and polygons. For example, our calibration process for laser interferometers involves direct comparison with a standard laser, incorporating both the counting mechanism and compensation system. Additionally, we are globally recognized as the leader in accurately measuring the diameter of precision (reference) balls.
